KDNK Return & Refund Policy

Introduction

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KDNK. If you are not satisfied for any reason, eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery

  • Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging or secure packaging

  • Items must not contain fragrance, cologne, perfume, lotion, sunscreen, or other substances

If returned items show signs of wear, alteration, or scent, the return may be rejected and the item may be shipped back to the customer.


Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased from the SALE collection

  • Items marked with 70OFF

  • Items purchased through 70% OFF promotions

These promotions cannot be combined with other offers.


How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our return portal:

  2. Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason

  3. Print your prepaid return shipping label

  4. Package items securely in original or suitable packaging

  5. Attach the return label and drop off at an authorized shipping location

  6. Send returns to:

Customers are encouraged to keep their return receipt or tracking number for reference.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds require manual approval by our team

  • Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after approval

  • Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Shipping fees will only be refunded if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped

Store credit may be issued immediately once delivery of the return is confirmed.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may exchange an item for:

  • Any product in our store

  • Equal or lesser value items

Exchange processing begins once the returned item is received and approved.

Exchange shipping from KDNK to the customer is free of charge.


Return Shipping

For standard returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

For exchanges:

  • Customers pay the return shipping

  • KDNK covers the shipping cost of the replacement item

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items:

  • KDNK covers all shipping costs


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us and provide photos of the issue for faster resolution.

These cases may require verification by our production team.

All shipping costs related to approved damaged or defective items will be covered by KDNK.


BOGO Promotion Policy

For orders purchased using BOGO promotions, the following rules apply:

If a single full-price item is returned, the BOGO discount will be void.

Example:

Item A: $40
Item B: $40 → discounted to $20

If Item A is returned, the refund will be $20, since the discount is removed.

Other scenarios:

  • If the discounted item is returned, the refund will equal the amount paid for that item

  • If both items are returned, the full order amount will be refunded

All other return policies still apply.


Shipping Address Responsibility

KDNK is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Shipping fees will not be refunded if a package is returned due to:

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect or insufficient address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Packages returned to sender

Customers may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL).


International Orders

International returns are not currently accepted through our standard return process.

Marketplace orders may follow different return policies depending on the platform.

Shipping costs, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable.
